Crush 20–25 Nutmeg leaves, make a small herbal poultice (bundle).
Tie it in a clean cloth and place it over the eyes at night before sleep.

Boil a small piece of turmeric in pigeon pea (Toor Dal), then dry it in shade.
Rub it with water and apply twice daily before sunset.
It is believed to relieve eye redness and minor infections naturally.

Butter from cow’s milk calms burning or watery eyes.
Washing eyes with soapnut (Reetha) water may help with early cataracts.

Filter Desi cow urine through eight layers of clean cloth,
boil once in a copper vessel, and store it safely.
Applying 1 drop daily is said in Ayurveda to help in some eye disorders.
