Vishamagni (Irregular Fire): Kabhi bhook lagna, kabhi gas ho jana. (Vata dominant)
Samagni (Balanced Fire): Yeh sabse best hai, jahan digestion perfect hota hai.
Har insaan ki body alag hoti hai. Bina apne Dosha ko jaane diet follow karna galat hai.
Symptoms: In logon ko gas aur constipation (kabz) ki samasya zyada hoti hai. Inka dimaag bahut active rehta hai.
Diet Tips: * Hamesha garam aur taja khana (Warm food) khayein.
Thandi cheezein, kacha salad aur dry fruits (bina bhigoye) avoid karein.
Ghee aur tel (healthy fats) ka upyog zyada karein.
Symptoms: Inhe gussa jaldi aata hai aur acidity/heartburn ki problem rehti hai.
Diet Tips: * Thandi aur shant karne wali cheezein khayein (Cooling foods).
Zyada mirch-masala, oily food aur vinegar se door rahein.
Nariyal paani, aloe vera aur mitha dahi inke liye best hai.
Symptoms: Inka metabolism slow hota hai aur weight jaldi badhta hai. Suusti (laziness) mehsoos hoti hai.
Diet Tips: * Halka aur garam khana khayein.
Dairy products, mitha aur bahut zyada namak kam karein.
Khane mein Adrak (Ginger) aur Kali Mirch (Black Pepper) zaroori shamil karein.
Ayurveda kehta hai ki jab suraj sabse tez hota hai (Dopehar 12 se 2 baje), tab hamari Digestive Fire bhi sabse tez hoti hai. Isliye Lunch din ka sabse heavy meal hona chahiye. Dinner hamesha light aur sunset ke aas-paas hona chahiye.
Hum aksar galat combinations khate hain jo pet mein 'Zahar' banate hain:
Doodh aur Machli: Kabhi saath mein na khayein.
Doodh aur Namak: Chai ke saath namkeen khana band karein.
Fruit with Meals: Phal hamesha akele khayein, khane ke saath nahi.
Khane se turant pehle ya turant baad paani peena 'Agni' ko bujha deta hai.
Rule: Khane se 30 min pehle ya 45 min baad hi paani piyein. Khane ke beech mein 1-2 ghoot garam paani liya ja sakta hai.
Agar aapko bhook nahi lagti, toh khana khane se 15 minute pehle adrak ka ek chota tukda thode se saindha namak (Himalayan salt) ke saath chabayein. Yeh Agni ko activate kar deta hai.
Khana khakar turant letna nahi chahiye. Kam se kam 100 kadam chalein ya fir Vajrasana mein 5-10 minute baithein.
Jab khana sahi se nahi pachta, toh wo intestine mein sadne lagta hai, jise Ayurveda mein 'Ama' kehte hain. Ise nikalne ke liye:
CCF Tea: Cumin (Jeera), Coriander (Dhaniya), aur Fennel (Saunf) ko ubaal kar din mein ek baar piyein.
Triphala: Raat ko sone se pehle 1 chammach Triphala powder garam paani se lein. (Yahan apne product ka link lagayein).
Upvas (Fasting): Hafte mein ek din sirf liquid diet ya halki khichdi par rahein taaki digestive system ko rest mile.

Ans: Bilkul nahi. Raat ko dahi 'Abhishyandi' hota hai, jo mucus banata hai aur channels ko block karta hai.
