  • Khana khane ke baad turant gas banna.

1. Amla aur Vitamin C ka Chamatkar

Amla liver ke liye amrit hai. Ismein maujood antioxidants liver ki gandagi saaf karte hain.

  • Kaise karein use: Rozana subah 20ml amla juice gungune pani ke saath lein.

2. Giloy - Sharir ka Guard

Giloy liver ki sujan (inflammation) ko kam karta hai. Agar liver ka size badh gaya hai, toh Giloy sabse behtar hai.

3. Haldi (Curcumin)

Haldi liver ke fat ko burn karne mein madad karti hai. Raat ko sone se pehle haldi wala doodh (bina cheeni ke) zaroor piyein.

4. Papita aur Uske Beej

Papita liver ki charbi ko jaldi khatam karta hai. Iske 4-5 beej ko pees kar nimbu ke ras ke saath lene se liver detox hota hai.

5. Punarnava - Liver ki Nayi Zindagi

Jaisa ki naam se pata chalta hai 'Punar-nava' (Naya karne wala). Ye liver cells ko dobara jeevit karta hai.

Section 4: Complete Diet Chart (Subah se Raat tak)

Subah (6:00 AM - 7:00 AM): Khali pet 1 glass gungune paani mein aadha nimbu aur 1 chammach shahad milakar piyein. Ye liver ko 'flush' karta hai.

Nashta (8:30 AM - 9:00 AM): Oats, Daliya, ya sprouts lein. Maide se bani cheezein bilkul na khayein.

  3. Tez Chalna (Brisk Walking): Din mein kam se kam 5000 kadam chalein.
