The kidneys are vital organs in our body that filter blood, remove toxins, and maintain fluid balance.
Due to pollution, chemical-rich food, irregular lifestyle, and unhealthy habits, our kidneys are under constant pressure.
Therefore, kidney cleansing (Kidney Detox) becomes essential to keep the body clean and healthy.
According to Ayurveda, there are several natural home remedies that can help purify and rejuvenate the kidneys safely.

Boil it for 10 minutes, then strain and keep the water aside.
Add the same corn silk to fresh water and boil again for 10 minutes.
Repeat this process 3–4 times.

Drink 1 cup 3–4 times a day.
You can also make a similar decoction using parsley or watermelon seeds.
⚠️ If you feel mild nausea or slight pain after consumption, don’t worry — it’s normal and subsides soon. It’s a sign that toxins are being released from the body.

If you suffer from diabetes, high blood pressure, or any serious kidney disease, always consult a qualified Ayurvedic physician before starting any detox treatment.
